In order to streamline costs wherever possible, CPF has the capabilities to build oversized modular fabrications, up to 400,000 lbs, and then ship the assemblies throughout the Great Lakes. This option reduces field labour costs, simplifies field erection, reduces laydown area requirements, reduces potential for back charges, and finally decreases the Power Plant downtime.
