Efficiencies are realized through digital document control.

Using electronic mail, CPF has put in place a system that tracks electronic documentation of all purchased goods. Critical documents such as material test reports, letters of compliance, and coating reports are properly routed and distributed to the appropriate quality representative for processing. Once all the documents have been collected at the completion of the project, they are submitted to the customer in electronic format.
